Nebraska Corn Cob Jelly

Nebraska Corn Cob Jelly

Made in Nebraska from hand-picked locally grown sweetcorn cobs, this recipe dates back to the days when nothing went to waste.  Corn was eaten, fed to livestock, and saved for seed, husks stuffed into mattresses and pillows, and cobs used as scrub brushes or cooked up for jelly.  Try this delicate honey-apple flavor on a baguette with artisan cheese or on buttered toast.
