Love the Raw Buckwheat honey and utilize daily to expand exposure and subsequent immunity👍

Initially gritty texture melts in your mouth. To me the flavor was somewhere between molasses and sorghum - I like it better than either of those. Once I opened the small jar, I ate it day after day until it was gone. I like it as lot.

We have added this now to our weather transition cupboard. Helped us greatly with recent cold/ heat air transition. Taste is earthy and takes a bit getting used to, it’s texture is thick so you can hold it in your throat for a minute and coat the area for a soothing moment and winding down of your day. Down the hatch for a mellow finish. Scratchy throat= gone!

I really appreciate them swapping it out! It tasted so delicious in the sample I tried! But it was just absolutely horrid in the jar I bought. I was very sad about it, but they were wonderful help.
