Our Raw Honey has never been heated or filtered, preserving its nutritional value and flavor. Honey is extracted once a year, usually in the fall. Fresh from the hive, it is in a liquid state - but only for a short period of time. It soon changes into a semi-solid, spreadable form, also known as crystallization. This is a normal natural process common to all raw, unprocessed honey.

Best honey, I was getting all mine from Walmart, it was cheaper. The fact is, reading the label tells everything about where that so called honey comes from and why it does not taste like honey. 5.5 pounds compared to Walmart's 60 ounces has made Bees a better buy for real honey. Thank you
